Extending My First Study Permit

Important documents are needed to extend a study permit in Canada. I came to Canada on May 15, 2005; at that time, I got the study permit from the department of immigration in the airport for one year. Therefore, I had to study after the issue of the study permit full time at College, but I had studied part time. Extending the study permit is needed to register each year at college. After 11 months, I prepared some documents such as photo, application fee, and transcript in order to extend the study permit. First, I hired consulate immigration lawyer in order to inspect my documents and to fill out application form. He told me that I have to prepare the documents immediately; therefore, I did them within 10 days. After two weeks, I handed them out to him in order to inspect; meanwhile, he filled out my application form. Next, I sent them to the department of immigration in order to extend the study permit; furthermore, I contact the immigration two times by phone. After 45 days, I received mail from the immigration that it had been refused because I had not studied full time at college. In conclusion, I decided that I would leave Canada soon, and I went to my country after two weeks. Finally, I applied for the study permit again with the same documents in the embassy of Canada in Tehran, and then I got a new study permit and came back to Canada after four weeks.
