How can you improve your brain?


There are a lot of ways to improve your brain. Good nutrient is really important. Exercise is also really important. Having good nutrient is a great way to improve your brain, because it gives you the energy to start your day. You need to have healthy nutrient, like Wild Salmon that is an incredible food for brain health, because it has low fat and it is one of the most important healthy foods that helps to improve your brain and memory. Wild Salmon it also protects you from Alzheimer. Also, it has been proved that daily exercise improves your brain. Sometimes, you brain gets tired and it can be from studying, working, and reading books or anything else, so your brain needs to rest. When your brain is tired, you can’t really focus on what you are doing; therefore, exercising is on the most important ways to improve your brain because it makes your brain active.
In conclusion, we should have a great healthy nutrient that gives us energy to focus on what we are doing. Daily exercise is definitely needed to keep our brain active and you don’t feel like you are tired after you exercise because it is like a time to rest for your brain.
